How to use the Gricco Training platform, what your account is and what information is recorded.

Terms of Use of the Training Platform

This platform belongs to Gricco Soluções Integradas ("Gricco") and is used to deliver, record and certify occupational safety and health training. By signing in, you agree to the following.

1. Your account

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are the person who takes exams, signs certificates and records attendance with it, and these actions form part of the record.
Keep your password confidential. If you suspect misuse, notify Gricco immediately.
Gricco may suspend the account when your relationship with the contracting company ends, after prolonged inactivity or in the event of misuse.

2. Training and assessments

Exams and assessments are individual and closed-book, unless the instructor expressly states otherwise. Attempting to circumvent this invalidates the assessment and may result in failure.
In-person training (such as NR-35) uses the platform only for recording: an exam in the classroom, attendance recorded by you during the session, and a certificate. Nothing replaces physical attendance.
The learning content belongs to Gricco or is licensed to it and is for your use during training. Do not copy, redistribute or publish it.

3. What is recorded

Access records, answers, attempts, grades, attendance, electronic signature (with date, time and network address), and certificates issued and downloaded. These records are legal evidence of training (NR-01) and may be presented to regulatory inspectors and auditors.
A certificate is only released for download with your electronic signature and that of the responsible technical professional.

4. Responsibilities

You are responsible for what you do with your account and for keeping your registration data correct.
Gricco keeps the platform reasonably available and secure, but may interrupt it for maintenance or due to force majeure; records are preserved through backups.

5. Changes

These terms may change. When they do, the new version will be presented for agreement the next time you access the platform.
